Minna Resnick​

I have been lucky enough to live in Holland three times, each for about a half year.  The last time that happened was 1981-82, when I was able to produce these prints at print shops in Amsterdam.  On the other two occasions, I spent a lot of time in the local museums, absorbing the beauty of all those paintings of Dutch interiors.  So, before I moved abroad this time, I took many pictures of curtains so that I could integrate them into my own pictorial space as homage to the Dutch genre.
